ITEMS TO BRING WHEN WE MEET

If you are a seller

  • Copy of the contract and property condition disclosure statement

  • Abstract (history of your property going back at least 40 years) 

  • Survey of the property if you have one when you bought the property

  • County, current school and village/city tax receipts.  Please let us know if your taxes are escrowed

  • Closing and Settlement Statement when you bought the property


If you are a buyer

  • Copy of the contract and property condition disclosure statement

  • Pre-approval letter from the bank (if any)
